Quarantine baking attempt - 01

Let’s start with the sound bread makes 🔉

The very 1st sour dough bread attempt.

This is actually the 2nd attempt. I was trying to follow a “fancier” process, involved a lot discarding and measuring. It turns out 3 tbsp of flour + 3 tbsp of water everyday is the easiest way.

A sour dough bread looks like a volcano 🌋

From yeast to lox. You can actually make your own lox, also the first attempt in the picture, but it taste quite fishy… blah
